1. Overview

At NHSCC LMS, we strive to deliver high-quality training and educational content. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, the process for requesting refunds, and important exceptions.

2. Refund Eligibility

7-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content.

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Less than 25% of the course modules, lessons, or assessments have been accessed or completed.
  • No certificate of completion has been issued for the course.
  • The course was purchased at its regular or discounted price (not through a free promotion).

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free courses or courses accessed through promotional offers at no cost.
  • Courses where more than 25% of the content has been accessed or completed.
  • Courses for which a certificate of completion has already been generated.
  • Corporate or organizational bulk purchases, which are governed by separate commercial agreements.
  • Courses purchased more than 7 calendar days ago.
  • Subscription fees or recurring payments after the billing period has commenced.
  • Administrative or processing fees, if any.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to lms@nhscc.in with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]."
  2. Include the following information: your full name, registered email address, course name, order/transaction ID, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with a decision.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Refund Methods & Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
  • UPI/Net Banking: Refund will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 business days.
  • Wallet Payments: Refund will be credited to your wallet within 3–5 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. NHSCC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Corporate & Organization Refunds

Refunds for corporate and organizational bulk purchases are handled differently:

  • Bulk enrollment refunds are governed by the terms of the specific commercial agreement between NHSCC and the organization.
  • Organizations should contact their NHSCC account manager or email lms@nhscc.in for refund inquiries.
  • Partial refunds may be available for unused licenses within an organizational enrollment.

7. Course Cancellation by NHSCC

If NHSCC cancels or permanently removes a course from the Platform before you have completed it, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Alternatively, we may offer you enrollment in a comparable replacement course at no additional cost. We will notify affected learners via email within 7 days of such a decision.

8. Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing course content despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts, you may be eligible for a refund or credit regardless of the standard eligibility criteria. Please document the technical issues (screenshots, error messages) and contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund.

9. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, NHSCC may offer a partial refund at its discretion. These may include cases where you have accessed more than 25% but less than 50% of the course content and have a valid reason for discontinuation, or where technical issues partially impacted your learning experience.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by sending a detailed email to lms@nhscc.in with the subject "Refund Escalation." A senior member of our team will review your case and respond within 5 business days. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to This Policy

NHSCC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The refund terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect at the time of your original transaction.
